CAMP DATES: SATURDAY-TUESDAY JULY 27-30, 2024

 

TUITION

Resident fees include dorms (doubles for students, singles for advisers), meals, activities, a curriculum book and a camp t-shirt. All dorm rooms have air conditioning, a microwave and a refrigerator. Commuter fees include lunch only.

Resident students $590  (double occupancy room and all meals included)

Commuter students $400 (lunch included each day)

Resident advisers $705  (single occupancy room and all meals included)

Commuter advisers $425 (lunch included each day)

Registration deadline is May 24, 2024. Because of our financial obligations to the University, we cannot issue refunds after June 15, 2024, but you can switch your registration to another student at your school.

HOW TO REGISTER
SCHOOL [AND ADVISER] REGISTRATION 

Advisers: Register yourself and your school HERE. Please complete this BEFORE your students register themselves.

Let us know how many students you plan to have attend the workshop and how their fees will be paid.

Schools may pay by CHECK. An invoice will be sent from our office after you complete the school registration. Because of our financial obligations to the University, all registrations must be paid in full by July 1, 2024.

STUDENT REGISTRATION

Make sure your adviser has registered your SCHOOL FIRST.

 

Register for camp HERE. Once you complete the registration form, you will be sent a PayPal invoice for any fees you are paying directly to Y@B. Payment must be made within 10 days of receiving your invoice to avoid cancellation.

[Please Note: the staff generates your camp invoice manually because every student pays a different portion of our fee. It will not immediately land in your inbox. Y@B cannot hold spots for student registrations that are not followed by prompt payment.]

After you've registered, make sure to visit the RESOURCES page for the Emergency Authorization form (fill this out and send us a copy!) and more info about camp. You'll find the tentative schedule, FAQs, campus map and a packing list.

TA APPLICATIONS

If you are a yearbook staff graduate and have attended camp in the past, you might be interested in helping us at the workshop this summer. We ask our TAs to assist with classes, teach some of our choice sessions, supervise activities and work with schools on their theme packets.
